However, due to the fragile, large, and heavy nature of our ceramic vases and home decor items, our return policy is strict to ensure fairness to both parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have&nbsp;<strong>15 calendar days<\/strong>&nbsp;from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible, the item&nbsp;<strong>MUST<\/strong>&nbsp;meet all of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unused and Unchanged:<\/strong>\u00a0The item must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition. It must show no signs of wear, damage, scratches, or any alteration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Original Packaging:<\/strong>\u00a0The item must be repacked in its\u00a0<strong>original manufacturer&#8217;s packaging<\/strong>\u00a0with all inner protective materials (e.g., foam, cardboard inserts, bubble wrap) intact. Returns without the original protective packaging will be\u00a0<strong>automatically rejected<\/strong>, as we cannot resell the item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of Condition:<\/strong>\u00a0Due to the high risk of damage in transit, we strongly require you to\u00a0<strong>take a video of the unboxing process<\/strong>\u00a0when you receive the item and\u00a0<strong>a video of the repacking process<\/strong>\u00a0when you return it. This is crucial evidence for any damage claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Non-Returnable Items <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or accidental damage after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Return Process (Step-by-Step) <\/strong><br><strong>Step 1: Contact Us for Authorization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DO NOT<\/strong>\u00a0ship the item back without authorization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email us at\u00a0<strong>[info@elailan.com]<\/strong>\u00a0within the 15-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: Pack the Item Securely<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you have the RMA number, pack the item\u00a0<strong>exactly as you received it<\/strong>, using all original packaging materials. We recommend adding extra cushioning for protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We highly advise you to purchase shipping insurance<\/strong>\u00a0for the return parcel. Elailan is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during return transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Ship the Item Back<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearly write the\u00a0<strong>RMA number<\/strong>\u00a0on the outside of the shipping box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
