The presence of porosity, flow glaze, and unglazed bases (an anti-slip feature) are inherent characteristics of handcrafted ceramic firing. Occasionally, minor imperfections such as subtle pitting, small black or white specks, or tiny bumps may occur. These do not affect the structural integrity or overall beauty of the product.

2. Regarding Color Variation

All product images are photographed of the actual item. However, due to lighting, camera angles, and monitor display settings, slight color variations may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Regarding Size & Dimensions

Shipping Insurance & Protection

Shipping Insurance (Optional): To protect your valuable order against loss or damage during transit, we highly recommend adding Shipping Insurance. You can easily select or deselect this option during checkout.
Reinforced Packaging (Optional): All items are packaged with great care at no extra cost. For an additional fee, you can select "Reinforced Packaging" at checkout for an extra layer of cushioning and security, which is recommended for extremely fragile items or long-distance shipments.

Duties & Taxes

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most items.

Process: You must first contact us at info@elailan.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. For Ceramic Vases & Home Decor

Due to the fragile, heavy, and handmade nature of these items, our policy is strict to ensure fairness.

Condition: Items must be unused and returned in all original packaging materials (inner foam, cardboard inserts, box). Returns missing this packaging will be refused.
Evidence: Video proof of you repacking the item is highly recommended to protect against damage claims during return shipping.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must insure the return shipment. The risk of damage during return transit is on the customer.
Dimensions: Please note: As our products are handmade, there may be a reasonable tolerance in dimensions (typical tolerance range standard). This is a natural characteristic and not considered a defect. Please refer to the product description for approximate dimensions.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Packaging: Original packaging is appreciated but not always mandatory for a successful return.
