The material of this ceramic vase is high temperature ceramic, relatively heavy, all hand-pulled and hand-carved, each set is unique.The use of glaze technology, surface technology is color painting, characteristics is not easy to deformation, firm and durable.It is made by hand in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, China.The vase is white with an ink-and-wash design and comes in three sizes.

1. Regarding Natural Flaws

The presence of porosity, flow glaze, and unglazed bases (an anti-slip feature) are inherent characteristics of handcrafted ceramic firing. Occasionally, minor imperfections such as subtle pitting, small black or white specks, or tiny bumps may occur. These do not affect the structural integrity or overall beauty of the product.

2. Regarding Color Variation

All product images are photographed of the actual item. However, due to lighting, camera angles, and monitor display settings, slight color variations may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Regarding Size & Dimensions

Slight visual size discrepancies may occur due to photography angles. For accurate measurements, please refer to the detailed size chart provided on the product page. We recommend checking the dimensions against a real-world object before purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

Need a Faster Option? : Faster shipping methods (e.g., expedited Air Freight or Express Courier via DHL/FedEx) are available upon request. Please contact our customer service team before ordering to get a custom quote for these premium options.
Looking for the most economical choice? : For customers who prioritize budget over speed, ultra-low-cost Sea Freight is available. Please contact us for a quote and delivery timeline.

Shipping Insurance & Protection

Shipping Insurance (Optional): To protect your valuable order against loss or damage during transit, we highly recommend adding Shipping Insurance. You can easily select or deselect this option during checkout.
Reinforced Packaging (Optional): All items are packaged with great care at no extra cost. For an additional fee, you can select "Reinforced Packaging" at checkout for an extra layer of cushioning and security, which is recommended for extremely fragile items or long-distance shipments.
Our Commitment: By default, all packages are shipped with standard protective packaging designed for their safety.

Duties & Taxes

You are typically the importer of record. All prices exclude any import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees charged by your country.

General Rule: These fees are your responsibility and are typically collected by the courier upon delivery. We cannot estimate or control these charges.
Exceptions: For shipments to certain countries (e.g., USA, Canada, UAE), where regulations require the seller to collect taxes at checkout, the applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your total order cost. General Policy

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most items.

Process: You must first contact us at info@elailan.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. For Ceramic Vases & Home Decor

Due to the fragile, heavy, and handmade nature of these items, our policy is strict to ensure fairness.

Condition: Items must be unused and returned in all original packaging materials (inner foam, cardboard inserts, box). Returns missing this packaging will be refused.
Evidence: Video proof of you repacking the item is highly recommended to protect against damage claims during return shipping.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must insure the return shipment. The risk of damage during return transit is on the customer.
Dimensions: Please note: As our products are handmade, there may be a reasonable tolerance in dimensions (typical tolerance range standard). This is a natural characteristic and not considered a defect. Please refer to the product description for approximate dimensions.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Packaging: Original packaging is appreciated but not always mandatory for a successful return.

General Note: Handmade characteristics (e.g., pores, glaze variations, reasonable size tolerance) in ceramics are not defects. Slight color differences may occur on screen.
